Topic Sentence - The topic sentence of a process paragraph needs to indicate the process and what the reader will understand or be able to do.

Steps - A process paragraph should emphasize the steps of the process rather than examples and\or illustrations.

Step Missing - You left out a step in the process.

Other Materials - Be sure to include all the materials necessary for the reader to understand and\or complete the process.

Transitions - Make use of transitional phrases to communicate order.
