Titles
Journal Title - The periodical title should be in italics (Chapter 6, 6.30, p. 186; Chapter 7 gives specific examples).
Paper and Poster Titles - Paper and poster titles presented at meetings that are not a part of a symposium should be in italics (Chapter 7, 7.04, p. 206).
Symposium Titles - Symposium titles should be in italics (Chapter 7, 7.04, p. 206).
Book Title - Book and report titles should be in italics (Chapter 6, 6.30, p. 186; Chapter 7 gives specific examples).
Volume Number
Volume Number - The volume number should be in italics (Chapter 6, 6.30, p. 186; Chapter 7 gives specific examples).
No Italics
No Italics Symposium Contributions - Only the first word of the symposium contribution title and subtitle is capitalized. Subtitles are indicated by the presence of a colon (Chapter 7, 7.04, p. 207).
No Italics - Article titles and chapter titles should not be in italics.
No Italics Issue Number - The issue number should not be in italics (Chapter 6, 6.30, p. 186; Chapter 7 gives specific examples).
No Italics Page Number(s) - The page number(s) should not be in italics (Chapter 6, 6.30, p. 186; Chapter 7 gives specific examples).
